What is the Online Player Advisory Team?

The Online Player Advisory Team (“the Panel”) is maintained by Narrative Research. The information we collect will only be used to better understand casino gamers’ opinions and needs. Participation is completely voluntary and all personal information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned or used for sales solicitation. Your survey responses will be presented in aggregate form only and will not be personally identifiable in any way.

In appreciation for your time and contribution, you will be eligible for random prize draws which will only be open to our panel members.

How do I join?

To join the panel, please complete the registration survey available at www.playeradvisoryteam.com to see if you qualify for the panel at this time, or if you have received an email invitation click on the link in the email.

After completing the registration survey, you will be sent a confirmation email. You must click on the link in your confirmation email to complete your registration process. To be sure you receive emails from the Panel, please add the emails support@playeradvisoryteam.com and surveys@narrativeresearch.ca to your contacts in your address books.

Can I unsubscribe once I join?

Participation in the Panel is voluntary and you are free to leave the panel at any time. To unsubscribe, please visit the Panel website at www.playeradvisoryteam.com and click "Unsubscribe from the Panel" on the Your Profile page. You can also send an email to support@playeradvisoryteam.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Who can join the Panel?

You must be the legal gambling age in your place of residence in order to join the Panel.

Can more than one person from the same household join?

Yes. However, each email address can be used only once.

How often should I expect to receive survey invitations?

We respect and appreciate the value of your time. We will only ask you to complete a few surveys per year. The invitations we send to you will be based on your responses to the registration survey so that we ensure that the surveys you are invited to participate in are most relevant to you.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PRIVACY IS PROTECTED?

WHAT IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGES?

You can go to the Panel website at www.playeradvisoryteam.com at any time to update your email address.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I RECEIVE INVITATIONS TO SURVEYS?

Sometimes email is incorrectly identified as spam. When you receive your original email invitation from the Panel, be sure to add the address to your contacts. This will ensure that any invitations come directly to your inbox. You can also add the addresses support@playeradvisoryteam.com and surveys@narrativeresearch.ca to your contacts manually.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE WON A PRIZE?

You will be contacted by email if your name is randomly drawn for a prize.
